Associate Director, Paid Media; Remote

• Salary range of $100,000 - $135,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility
• Unlimited PTO with a minimum of 2 weeks, plus additional paid company holidays

• Set and manage goals for every client engagement within your team
• Ensure clients adhere to best practices across all marketing channels and mediums
• Support strategists in overcoming approval-related roadblocks to ensure campaign success
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to address roadblocks and establish action plans
• Provide leadership and structure to empower team members through clear communication and expectations

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a marketing agency or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies, particularly in SaaS and tech sectors
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and client success
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be available to work remotely and possess a reliable internet connection

• Experience with LTV:
  
  CAC modeling and customer generation strategies
• Familiarity with B2B marketing practices and analytics tools
• Background in managing teams in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Previous success in achieving client satisfaction and retention goals
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
