Role Overview

The eCommerce Manager oversees and optimizes online marketplace operations to drive revenue growth, maintain strong account health, and ensure operational excellence across major eCommerce platforms.

You will own end‑to‑end marketplace operations across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart—ensuring compliance, improving conversion and visibility, analyzing performance data, and serving as a key operational and client‑facing partner.

• Platform Account Management & Health Monitoring (35%) – Manage seller and vendor accounts, monitor account health metrics, resolve issues and maintain documentation.
• Client Relationship Management & Communication (25%) – Serve as primary contact, provide updates and performance insights, manage expectations and build consultative relationships.
• Product Listing Optimization & Merchandising (20%) – Create and optimize listings, conduct keyword research, and ensure brand consistency.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting (10%) – Monitor sales, traffic, and KPIs, generate reports, and identify growth opportunities.
• Operations Coordination & Issue Resolution (5%) – Coordinate inventory, logistics, and resolve operational issues.
• Strategic Growth & Opportunity Identification (5%) – Identify new sales channels and recommend growth strategies.

• 1–3+ years of eCommerce or marketplace management experience.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major platform (Amazon Seller Central strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of Commerce metrics, account health, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote environment.

• Multi‑platform experience (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.).
• Amazon PPC or marketplace advertising exposure.
• Experience with eCommerce analytics and keyword tools.
• Agency or multi‑client account management background.
• International marketplace or cross‑border selling experience.

• Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace.
• Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Slack, Email, Zoom.
• Project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar).
