The Business Solutions Consultant is a trusted adviser and subject matter expert leading our client work, bringing both deep understanding of the business of insurance and the analytics that can drive success for our customers. In this role you will act as a translation layer between business and analytic modeling teams, and work with technical implementation teams to execute the approach.

You will be responsible for presenting results to various levels of leadership and influence key decisions that have customer or enterprise impact. The Business Solutions Consultant is an industry thought leader, understanding current industry issues and trends to leverage opportunities to bring advanced analytics solutions to our customers that will achieve their strategic goals.

• Partner with carriers to function as a trusted advisor, by understanding their business and developing a roadmap to leverage analytics opportunities to achieve our client’s strategic goals through a long‑term engagement plan
• Develop long‑term trusted relationships with executive / key client stakeholders
• Collaborate with the data science team to develop advanced predictive models and exploratory data analyses that will unveil key data insights
• Identify, drive, and lead solution‑based initiatives supporting customers
• Be a key communicator of analytical results and insights to various collaborators across the company and customer base
• Support responsibility for the integration of data science, data engineering, and solution architect in support and execution of client strategic engagements

• Professional experience in the property and casualty insurance industry
• Ability to work effectively with executive partners
• Customer advocacy and passion to educate and deliver value through analytics
• Expert ability to translate complex analyses and concepts to non‑technical audiences within and outside of the organization
