• Analyze complex business challenges by gathering and interpreting data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Design and implement BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business requirements into analytical solutions
• Evaluate and improve existing BI processes and reporting frameworks for efficiency and accuracy
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance analytical workflows

• BS Degree or equivalent work experience
• Typically 5+ years of directly related experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or process improvement roles
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI & Power Automate) and SQL data querying language
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Experience with relational databases and star schemas
• Experience with Snowflake application
• Experience with AI/machine learning
• Project management skills to effectively manage initiatives
