Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the key technical partner for Account Managers and Customer Success Managers during renewal and upsell motions
  • Maintain expert-level understanding of the employer's platform, architecture, and competitive differentiators
  • Design and validate complex technical solutions, including robust API integrations
  • Manage critical technical escalations, bridging the gap between support and customer success teams
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and best-practice guides for the Customer Success team
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Technical Account Manager
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC landscape, including platforms like Service Now and SIEMs like Splunk
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and experience guiding customers on implementation
  • Passion for becoming a subject matter expert on complex software platforms
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts and business value
  • Comfortable in a commercial-driven environment, effectively partnering with sales and success teams
  • Structured problem-solving approach for diagnosing ambiguous technical issues
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and partnership with CSMs and Support
