• Deliver high-level designs and oversee Git Lab deployments to customer environments (on-premises and cloud providers) using Terraform, Ansible, and the Git Lab Environment Toolkit.
• Engage with customers under a Statement of Work, driving high-quality outcomes such as increased adoption and usage of the Git Lab platform.
• Plan and execute migrations from source systems to Git Lab using tools such as Congregate, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Provide Dev Sec Ops  consulting, helping customers adopt AI-assisted development practices with Git Lab Duo.
• Lead and mentor Professional Services and partner consultants by coordinating implementation activities and sharing best practices.

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex, customer-facing technical consulting engagements from discovery through implementation.
• Proven ability to design and document scalable architectures for Git Lab or similar Dev Ops platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
• Deep familiarity with modern Dev Ops and Dev Sec Ops  practices and tooling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners.

• Experience with DORA metrics and software delivery performance measurement to help customers establish baselines and track improvement goals.
• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure‑as‑code and configuration management tools, particularly Terraform and Ansible.
