Overview: As a Digital Grid Manager, you will provide consulting services to Power & Utilities clients implementing Digital Grid Programs and capabilities (AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS), helping them realize increased value and efficiency.
Opportunity: Lead and manage the delivery of cutting‑edge technology transformation projects and programs, aligning initiatives with organizational strategy, managing timelines, costs, and quality, and coaching teams on program delivery methods.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Effective management and delivery of one or more processes, solutions, or projects, focusing on quality and risk management.
- Continuous process improvement and identification of innovative solutions through research, analysis, and best practices.
- Management of professional employees or supervision of others to deliver complex technical initiatives.
- Achievement of performance objectives and metrics, including client service, quality, risk management, sales and business growth, solution development, and teaming.
- Travel may be required regularly as needed by external clients.
- Functional and technical experience and insights.
- Strategic and tactical insights with responsiveness to client needs.
- Quality assurance leadership for teams’ work products and service delivery.
- Delivery of work streams and tracking of deliverable completion and project status.
- Issue and risk identification, resolution, and escalation.

- Engagement economics management with resource plans and budgets.
- Active participation in client working sessions and leadership of planning, execution, and closure.

- Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year degree).
- Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven business or technical experience in one or more digital grid focus areas: AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS, Network Modeling.
- Experience with iterative delivery methodologies.

- Track record of active participation in client sessions, leading project delivery, managing engagement economics, and identifying new service opportunities.

What We Offer You- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $142,600 to $261,500 (or higher in specified metros), including medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
