- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and design tailored demos
- Architect AI-driven solutions that translate advanced capabilities into business-focused narratives
- Own the end-to-end technical engagement throughout the sales cycle
- Integrate secure, scalable solutions using various cloud platforms and APIs for seamless workflows
- Measure and optimize impact using analytics to demonstrate ROI and inform continuous improvement
- 3+ years of presales or solutions consulting experience in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, or enterprise software environments
- Proven experience designing and executing customer pilots and proofs of concept
- Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in customer experience
- Expertise in domains such as CCaaS, Customer Service software, ITSM, or Integration & Middleware
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Graduate degree in a relevant field
- Strong storytelling abilities to connect technical capabilities with strategic business impact
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Willingness to travel as required
