Implementation Specialist, Nursing Health Education; Remote

• Lead, manage, and monitor multiple complex projects from sales to implementation, ensuring effective communication until completion
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and risk logs
• Conduct post‑project evaluations to ensure ongoing effectiveness and efficiency

• Experience in health information systems, technology, or equivalent
• Proven experience with project management tools preferred
• Proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, and Teams, Miro, Confluence
• Strong project delivery skills including accurate planning and resource management
• Demonstrated organization, time management, and communication skills across multiple functional groups

• Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex project issues
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience, including senior leadership and customers
