• Deliver high-level designs and oversee Git Lab deployments to customer environments, ensuring alignment with Git Lab reference architectures
• Drive high-quality outcomes under Statements of Work, increasing adoption and usage of the Git Lab platform
• Plan and execute migrations from source systems to Git Lab, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption
• Provide Dev Sec Ops  consulting, guiding customers on best practices and AI-assisted development workflows
• Lead and mentor Professional Services consultants by sharing best practices and coordinating implementation activities

• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex, customer-facing technical consulting engagements in a technology or software professional services environment
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures for Dev Ops platforms, including security and integration patterns
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams with a focus on collaboration and accountability
• Familiarity with modern Dev Ops practices and hands‑on experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discovery sessions and build trusted advisor relationships

• Experience with DORA metrics and software delivery performance measurement
• Familiarity with migration tools like Congregate and the Git Lab Environment Toolkit
• Background in establishing baselines and setting improvement goals for software delivery
