• Lead, manage, and monitor multiple complex projects from sales to implementation, communicating project status until completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and risk logs to mitigate risks impacting project success
• Conduct post-project evaluations and provide ongoing support to ensure effectiveness and efficiency

• Experience in health information systems, technology, or equivalent
• Proven experience in project management tools preferred
• Proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, and Teams
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills across multiple functional groups
• Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex project issues

• Familiarity with agile working environments and managing multiple projects of diverse sizes and durations
• Demonstrated interpersonal and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior leadership
