- Proven experience with project management tools

- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills across multiple functional groups
- Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex project issues
- Familiarity with agile working environments and managing multiple projects of diverse sizes
- Demonstrated interpersonal and presentation skills applicable to senior leadership and customers
- Experience in negotiating with key stakeholders and decision-makers
