- Serve as a liaison between various teams to align priorities and drive unified initiatives
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows to ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to support product launches and develop go-to-market strategies
- Monitor project progress, report on key milestones, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional change management and strategic projects with clear communication across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within media, advertising, or technology environments
- Skilled at leading cross-functional collaboration and managing complex projects from conception to execution
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
- Analytical problem solver with attention to detail and focus on operational excellence
- Familiarity with media products, digital advertising, or real estate technology
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus
