• Independently manage the day‑to‑day operational and tactical aspects of multiple executive‑level enterprise programs.
• Develop project deliverables including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Prepare program documents including program roadmaps, plans, scopes, schedules, and governance structures.
• Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures; participate in creation and execution of project work plans to ensure successful delivery measured by goals and customer satisfaction.
• Minimize exposure and risk across multiple projects by conducting active risk monitoring and controls throughout each project’s duration.
• Enforce standard policies and procedures.
• Act as a thought partner with program stakeholders across business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and identify mutually beneficial outcomes for the business.

• 7+ years of experience working independently to deliver enterprise technology projects within complex organizations.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate and address issues openly and quickly.
• Ability to tactfully communicate sensitive information.
• Demonstrated change management skills and experience.
• Passion, perspective, and empathy for unblocking business, product, and engineering teams to help them achieve their goals.
• Ability to provide executive‑level communication of program and project status, ensuring stakeholders understand related risks, issues, and activities.

$126,100 - $168,125 Annually
