What You’ll Do:This role supports the IT Planning & Analytics team in providing technology leaders with the knowledge to manage and communicate the cost, quality, and value of IT Services. It also plays a part in the administrative oversight of technology budget planning and forecasting.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end support for IT department leaders in the planning, purchase, and payment of IT assets and professional services.
- Prepare metrics and analysis in support of headcount planning.
- Design, configure, validate, and maintain IT Cost Transparency reports within the Apptio application.
- Model complex business problems, discover business insights, and identify opportunities using mining and visualization techniques.
- Import, transform, and cleanse data in Apptio on a monthly basis (e.g., GL, Workday, Project Costing, Service Now CMDB, etc.).
- Participate in the process to ensure overall budget/forecast consolidation and review for development, testing, and enterprise technology solutions departments.

Qualifications- Experience in Technology Business Management or IT Finance required.
- Experience financially modeling project and application expenses.
- Knowledge of basic financial and managerial accounting.
- Familiarity with basic ITIL concepts and agile practices.
- Previous work experience in a highly regulated, capital markets company preferred.
- Highly motivated individual who assumes ownership of their projects, and can provide solutions that meet business objectives and deliver on time, on budget, with a high degree of quality.
- Experience with Apptio or detailed IT cost models required.
- Strong data transformation skills using MS Excel required.
- Expert with numbers, above-average analytical skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience.

- The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, and/or education.
