• Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Data Conversion Lead for full platform Workday implementations. The person we are seeking will provide expertise in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of customer data conversion processes.
• As a Workday Data Lead your primary responsibilities may include:
• Responsible for managing build timelines and collaboration with project management team on tenant management
• Plan and execute comprehensive configuration migration throughout deployment using Workday delivered toolset
• Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials system
• Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools
• Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday
• Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday
• Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activities on the project
• Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership
• Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives
• Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
• Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience
• An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role

• US Citizenship and must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
• Bachelor’s degree with a MINIMUM of FOUR (4) years of consulting or industry experience; OR a Master’s degree with a MINIMUM of TWO (2) years of consulting or industry experience. Years of experience can be substituted for a degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of EIGHT (8) years of consulting or industry experience
• A MINIMUM of TWO (2) full cycle Workday implementations in a Data Conversion Lead role
• A MINIMUM of TWO (2) years of Data Conversion experience including strong ETL and XML capabilities and SQL experience
• Active Workday Certification through a Workday Partner
• 25% travel balanced with a work from home and/or Guidehouse office, consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed

• Experience working in Federal Government Human Capital Management (HCM) environments with an understanding of the issues facing agencies today
• Demonstrated experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and Power Point
• Strong reporting/analytics/BI experience

The annual salary range for this position is $-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
