• Up to 10% travel required
• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Technical background with experience in building scalable, cloud‑native software solutions
• 3 years of experience in health software implementation consulting
• Familiarity with cloud solutions and enterprise‑scale AI transformation programs

• Experience managing complex and cross‑team projects in healthcare IT or related fields
• Exposure to automation centers of excellence and enterprise‑scale AI programs
• Knowledge of analytical techniques, decision tools, and predictive modeling
• Epic and Cerner Oracle domain knowledge
• Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Teams
