What your tasks are:

  • Developing practical integration architectures based on established best practices
  • Providing technical leadership and management for your own stream in close cooperation with project management
  • Analyzing and optimizing existing integration architectures in the HR environment (Success Factors, SAP HCM, and non-SAP systems)
  • Recording, evaluating, and further developing business processes with a focus on automation and efficiency improvement
  • Designing and implementing integration solutions with SAP Cloud Integration (SAP CI, formerly: SAP Integration Suite or CPI) and SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll
  • Responsibility for managing integration streams in large-scale customer projects
  • Implementing technical solutions in a team, including structured documentation
  • Preparation and implementation of workshops and training courses in German and English
  • Intensive cultivation of relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conducting requirements analyses, cost estimates, and assisting in the preparation of quotations for customer-specific solutions
  • Supporting colleagues in solving complex issues and actively transferring knowledge
  • Continuous training of hard and soft skills

Your profile that convinces us:

  • More than 5 years of experience with integration architectures and interface design/development
  • Technical know-how in Success Factors, BTP, cloud integration (SAP CI, formerly: SAP Integration Suite or CPI) and HCM
  • Confident use of Business Integration Builder (BIB) for H4S4 or S4 integrations
  • Experience in connecting third-party applications and integrating corporate identity providers
  • Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of HR-related topics, especially HR processes
  • Strong affinity for modern technologies
  • High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Interest in open and constructive cooperation
  • Business fluent German and English skills
