• Deliver the full implementation life cycle to support the deployment of Service Now modules into complex client environments
• Work with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand and implement mission needs in Service Now
• Provide technical expertise on all questions related to assigned implementations on the Service Now platform
• Develop and execute Quality Assurance testing for client Service Now solutions

• Active Secret Clearance - note that only U.S. Citizens can obtain a clearance
• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or a related discipline
• Minimum of five (5) years of work experience
• At least two (2) years of experience in the administration, configuration, or implementation of the Service Now platform or applications
• Demonstrated experience in implementation and deployment of Service Now modules using Agile Dev Sec Ops  techniques in a client environment

• Experience in configuring and customizing Service Now Service Portal pages and Work spaces
• Service Now certifications
