As a Staff Full Stack AI Engineer at Wunder Graph, you are a technical leader who defines and drives the architecture of our AI-powered experiences. You will design and ship LLM Agents and Agent Workflows, while shaping the frameworks, practices, and systems that make them scalable, secure, and delightful for our customers.

You will own the technical direction of major AI initiatives across our products, influencing architectural decisions from backend APIs to frontend integration. Your expertise ensures our AI systems are reliable, enterprise-ready, and deliver exceptional developer and user experience.

This is a highly impactful, hands‑on role: you’ll be coding, reviewing, mentoring, and collaborating directly with customers while setting the bar for how AI engineering is done at Wunder Graph.

You are successful if you:

• Drive the architectural vision for AI systems across Wunder Graph’s stack.

• Take full ownership of complex AI features, from design to production operations.

The role focuses on, but is not limited to:

• Architect and operate the Wunder Graph AI Stack using Next.js, React, Type Script, and Node.js.

• Design and implement backend APIs and services that power AI workflows.

• Evaluate and guide the adoption of LLM frameworks and agent architectures

• Define patterns and best practices for scalable AI integrations.

• Embed security and compliance (SOC 2, enterprise standards) into system design.

• Anticipate scaling challenges and design for resilience and performance

• Establish monitoring, observability, and CI/CD standards for AI features.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to senior and mid‑level engineers.

• Conduct thoughtful code and design reviews

• Document architectural decisions and contribute to open knowledge‑sharing.

• Represent Wunder Graph in the AI/engineering community through contributions, talks, or content.

• Help us hire and build an exceptional engineering team that sets the standard for the industry.

• Staff Level (IC5) experience architecting and operating complex, user‑facing applications in production.

• Deep expertise in Type Script, React, Next.js, and Node.js
