You manage and coordinate complex software projects – from the initial idea to a successful go-live. Throughout the process, you keep a clear overview of requirements, priorities, and resources, orchestrate collaboration between development and business teams, and ensure that both technical and functional goals are achieved efficiently and on schedule. You work independently – but can always rely on the support of our team.

You take responsibility for the planning, management, and controlling of agile development projects, work closely with stakeholders from various business units, and ensure transparent communication throughout the entire project lifecycle. You collaborate closely with our developers, jointly prioritize upcoming tasks, and actively shape our project culture.

Our clients expect well-thought-out, scalable software solutions – in dynamic industries such as e-commerce, manufacturing, robotics, and logistics. To ensure smooth project execution, we rely on clear processes, modern communication, and collaborative planning. We use tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Slack, along with established agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. You bring structure to complex initiatives, identify risks early on, and find pragmatic solutions – even when things get a little chaotic.
