Position OverviewThe IT Human Capital Management (HCM) Technical Lead is responsible for collaborating with Human Resources (HR), Payroll, and other business function teams to streamline business processes, optimize the use of business information systems, and plan/develop/execute the overall HCM roadmap. This role will support ongoing system and solution enhancements and develop solutions to increase business process efficiency. This role will collaborate and lead initiatives with responsibilities including process improvement, design and development, testing and validation, user training, and documentation.
The role will engage and collaborate with external vendors and systems integrators.

Your Day to Day as an IT Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Analyst
:
- Configures and supports SAP HCM, SAP CATS time entry, and SAP Payroll.
- Works with the IT configuration and development team to configure the system, deploy enhancements, forms, interfaces, and IDOC/ALE integration.
- Works closely with the business to gather requirements, design solutions, test & train users and deploy solutions.
- Troubleshoots problems and adapts quickly to new systems and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or a related field plus a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma/equivalent plus a minimum of fourteen (14) years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with SAP HR / HCM systems, timekeeping, payroll systems, and ERP including SAP HCM, Success Factors, SAP CATS, SAP Payroll, Workday, Auto Time, and Jamis.
- Experience capturing business requirements, developing solution designs, planning and conducting data migrations, information system harmonization, and portfolio shaping.
- Experience participating with PMO, business steering committee, or similar governance models.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.
- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4
HANA. - Experience with SAP CATS Time Management.
- Experience with SAP Payroll.
- Knowledge of integration points between SAP modules.

Pay: $85,000- $134,000. The base salary range for this position in Virginia (US-VA) at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $134,000 per year.
