We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer with Dev Ops experience to support both modern cloud-native platforms (Microsoft Azure) and on-premise banking infrastructure (Windows Servers).

The role combines On-Prem infrastructure management (server OS, software, security etc.) in addition to cloud computing management through Dev Ops tools (Automations, CI/CD, Observability etc.)

The engineer will collaborate with development teams, infrastructure specialists, and global stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant operations.

• Be responsible for business operation and system availability. Deliver and meet strict KPIs and SLAs.
• Continuously optimize the infrastructure and supporting tooling.
• Operate and support MS windows servers including Middleware, web services, and automations.
• Be responsible for contingency and resiliency setups in accordance with business risk appetite.
• Manage Incidents and problems which arise in the systems including quick resolution, RCAs and remediation.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops).
• Build and maintain IaC on Azure cloud (Terraform).
• Maintain observability tooling for cloud and on-prem solutions.
• Be responsible for adhering to strict banking security frameworks and policies. Maintain secure configurations, secret management and certificate lifecycle.

• 3–5+ years in Systems Engineering, Dev Ops or Infrastructure roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience administration of Windows servers and MS based environments.
• Solid understanding of networking, virtualization and Linux systems.
• Experience managing Azure cloud environment and experience with Terraform, Ansible or similar IaC tools.
• Comfort working in regulated environments with strict security controls.
• Awareness on Cybersecurity, risk and compliance governance and how this can translate to the technology stack within End user services environments.
• Experience with Observability platforms (App Dynamics, Splunk, Grafana or similar).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• Experience in the banking/financial industry.
• Automation experience and knowledge through Power Shell, Bash, Jenkins, Terraform etc.
• Basic knowledge of Fin Ops management and cloud optimizations.
• Knowledge of Linux systems.
• Experience working with: IIS, SQL, File Transfer solutions.
