• Provide elevated tech support by collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure customer success by helping partners/customers effectively utilize Huntress products to meet their business goals
• Participate in events to lead training sessions on product usage and best practices
• Act as a technical advocate for partners/customers within the organization, relaying feedback for product improvements
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell growth opportunities during technical account reviews

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, pre‑sales, or a similar role
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with executive‑level audiences
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Comfort with traveling 25% of the time for face‑to‑face customer meetings

• Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages
• Experience with MSP tools like RMMs and PSAs
• Familiarity with working with SIEM tools like Elastic, Splunk, etc.
