IT Asset Management Analyst

• Monitor IT software maintenance activities and conduct software vendor licensing research
• Identify and manage contractual risks, including leading responses to software license compliance audits
• Use data to provide trend analysis and assist in determining potential future licensing needs
• Manage and track software renewals while maintaining databases of licenses, service agreements, and warranties
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and legal teams on contract renewals and new purchases

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in developing and improving IT Asset Management processes
• Experience in Service Management reporting, including defining process metrics and KPIs
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test script creation and execution
• Understanding of the Service Now platform and troubleshooting within it
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 2-4 years of experience in working within Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
• Asset Management certification (IAITAM, APM, CAMA, ITAMC)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple requests with conflicting priorities
• Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering business value
