• 4+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Mastery of one or more Software Engineering tools, languages, and practices
• Deep understanding of core healthcare clinical, business, and research processes
• Availability for 24-hour on-call support on a staff rotation

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, data management, or a related quantitative field
• Experience working in cross-functional teams supporting data management and analytics initiatives
