• Lead the design and development of AI solutions for Warehouse Management and Execution Systems (WMS/WES)
• Collaborate with product team members to create secure and scalable software solutions
• Write custom code for automation, infrastructure, and testing to ensure system reliability
• Monitor production systems and respond to high-priority issues and outages
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI and software development

• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Mastery of an object‑oriented programming language (preferably Java)
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant software engineering experience, particularly in AI/ML or algorithmic systems
• Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and automation patterns
• Proven experience implementing secure and high‑availability systems in production environments

• 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or warehousing contexts
• Mastery of Python and advanced machine learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch)
• Deep knowledge of edge computing and IoT protocols
• Experience with CI/CD tool chains and automated deployment of ML models
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-disciplinary teams and ability to communicate complex AI concepts
