- Act as the main point of contact for clients, aligning their goals with the employer’s capabilities
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive product adoption and influence the product roadmap
- Manage the onboarding and ingestion of data through cross‑functional partnerships
- Conduct business reviews to track KPIs and identify growth opportunities
- Deliver executive‑level summaries highlighting ROI, adoption, and impact
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Client Services at an Enterprise SaaS company
- Experience in health plans, insurance, digital health, or provider data management organizations
- Familiarity with data products, API integrations, and technical onboarding processes
- Strong project management skills with experience managing enterprise and mid‑tier accounts
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders
- Proven success managing enterprise or mid‑market clients in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments
- Passion for client success and long‑term relationship building
- Skilled in presenting with executive presence
- Motivated by solving complex problems and delivering measurable value
