Software Implementation Consultant - US Remote

• Develop and maintain product expertise and a deep understanding of clients and their workflows
• Onboard and train new clients through remote and onsite delivery, analyzing scheduling requirements and configuring software
• Utilize analytical and troubleshooting skills to support clients with configuration issues and advise on corrective actions
• Build trusting relationships with clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their Lightning Bolt investment
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers to deliver optimal solutions for clients

• Minimum of 1+ years experience in a software implementation role
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships
  
  Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations and drive process change
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction

• Experience with SQL or other relational databases
• Previous experience in a consultative or customer-facing role within healthcare technology
