• Own the product strategy and roadmap for key staking features and protocols tailored for institutional clients
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant and scalable staking solutions across multiple blockchain networks
• Engage with institutional clients to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with security and operational excellence standards
• Define and manage metrics to guide product prioritization and measure success
• Communicate product plans and progress to key partners and executive leadership

• 2+ years of product management experience with a focus on enterprise or B2B crypto products
• Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on products at scale
• Understanding of staking mechanisms and blockchain protocols
• Strong client orientation with a passion for solving institutional challenges through innovative product solutions
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills

• Experience in institutional staking, crypto, or custody
• Familiarity with reporting and regulatory considerations for staking
• Collaboration experience with protocol teams or participation in staking ecosystems like Ethereum or Solana
