Position: Tier 1 Support Specialist (Remote - U.S.)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Field incoming client communications via phone, chat, and online customer portal
  • Assist end-users with administering their Perfect Serve applications
  • Train end users on the effective use of Perfect Serve's phone, mobile, and web applications
  • Conduct troubleshooting related to message delivery and content issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Collaborate with other teams on escalated technical issues to ensure seamless customer support
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Strong technical aptitude and excellent analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks
  • High customer empathy and outstanding customer service skills
  • Access to high-speed internet and availability to start in February 2026
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Experience in technical support or customer service roles within the healthcare sector
  • Familiarity with clinical communication and scheduling technologies
