- Collaborate with team members to establish best practices and requirements for software development
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned while adhering to annual performance plans
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience building world-class web UI applications
- Significant experience in UX/UI architecture and Application/Solution architecture
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as Angular
JS, React
JS, Type Script, and Node - Deep familiarity with Microservices, Cloud Native technologies, and Enterprise Patterns
- Experience leading architecture and software design for one or more teams
- Knowledge of CI/CD and Dev Ops tools
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong curiosity and learning agility in exploring new methodologies and tools
- Ability to estimate the financial impact of architecture alternatives
