Our client has a new opportunity for a qualified Education Partnerships Analyst to join their team in a remote position.
Duties And Responsibilities- Manage administrative tasks related to the evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of education partners
- Export, organize, and report on submissions from prospective partners
- Respond to inquiries regarding different education products and programs with professional messaging and follow-up
- Collect and organize sponsorship engagement requests and assist in onboarding new partners, including gathering media kits and test accounts
- Create and maintain records in internal tools, ensuring partner information—including main contacts, offer URLs, logos, and support contacts—is accurate and up to date
- Guide existing partners through the renewal process and provide support for escalated issues requiring third-party communication
- Regularly update and maintain contact lists using quarterly surveys and coordinate the collection of media assets for promotional purposes
- Support the fulfillment of swag for partner engagements and assist with volunteer programs for partnered educational events
- Process applications from students and faculty seeking academic benefits
- Respond to support inquiries from educational users, providing timely and effective assistance
- Motivated to continuously contribute to users, team, and company's success
- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing a high volume of tasks
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Enjoy helping others, finding solutions, and resolving obstacles creatively
- Aptitude for identifying emerging trends and improvement opportunities, thinking strategically, and brainstorming creative solutions
- Collaborative team player with a focus on building strong working relationships across Education teams
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
The rate for this position is between $21.70 - $31.85 per hour
. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
