- Automate and standardize the installation, configuration, deployment, and operation of technology platforms
- Create runbooks, scripts, and unit tests to minimize manual labor on repetitive tasks
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance existing workflows through automation
Advise on improved cloud adoption and governance across the organization - Maintain and support tools and platforms managed by the team
- Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, software development, information technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience as a Dev Ops, Cloud, or Platform engineer (8–12 years preferred)
- Strong experience with tools such as Puppet, Ansible, Chef, and Terraform
- Proven track record of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Git Lab CI
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in programming and scripting languages including Ruby, Java, Python, Bash, .NET, and Power Shell
- Experience in the data center industry
- Advanced understanding of Azure networking, storage, and compute
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, PCI, and SOX
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
- Ability to document work and lead knowledge‑sharing sessions
