- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of sales, service, and financial business processes supported by the application stack
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to define high-level business and technology capabilities and requirements
- Develop and manage technical architecture diagrams, including system interface and data flow diagrams
- Support the creation of strategic roadmaps that align technology initiatives with business priorities
- Establish relationships with delivery team SMEs to foster collaboration and innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with sales and financial platforms
- At least 5 years of experience with middleware applications for automation
- 5+ years of experience with BI/Analytics platforms
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce and Net Suite or similar ERP platforms
- Experience working on an international scale
- Certifications or experience in Salesforce, Net Suite, or Domo
- Strong technical-facing written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to document, drive standardization, and optimize business processes
