Senior Manager, Software Engineering - Auto

• Lead the development of the Auto Servicing platform, driving architectural decisions and overall direction
• Define and execute a long-term roadmap aimed at reducing manual operations by over 90% through automation
• Enhance auto loan performance by increasing recovery dollars and decreasing default rates
• Ensure platform reliability, data accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform success with organizational strategy

• 4–7 years of experience managing engineering teams in servicing, recoveries, or complex operational domains
• Proven success in building scalable platforms in regulated fintech or financial services
• Deep technical expertise in workflow automation, data integrations, and event‑driven architecture
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside Legal, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders
• Track record of improving operational efficiency and system reliability at scale

• Experience in building or managing collections, recoveries, or servicing systems within auto lending or financial services
• Familiarity with third‑party vendor integrations in a regulated environment
• Exposure to analytical tools and reporting frameworks for optimization and workflow insights
• Thoughtful and empathetic approach to borrower communication in servicing workflows
• Passion for building high-performance teams and mentoring engineers through challenges
