The Global Security team is redefining what it means to protect a mission‑driven organization. This role focuses on leadership, partnership, and impact within a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
Where You Come In- Lead the production of travel risk and threat assessments for senior executives, events, and high‑risk travel.
- Oversee complex investigations into people of interest, threats, or concerning behaviors, liaising with HR, Legal, IT, and external partners.
- Provide advanced analytic support to insider threat investigations and protective intelligence matters.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on intelligence collection methodologies, reporting, and guiding analytic standards for the team.
- Support crisis response and incident management with timely, high‑quality intelligence products.
- Monitor geopolitical, reputational, and security developments globally, forecast emerging risks, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with regional security teams and the global security operations center to ensure intelligence is actionable, accurate, and integrated into operational decision‑making.
- Contribute to the development and design of our intelligence program, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- At least 5 years of experience in intelligence analysis, protective intelligence, and threat investigations, with 3 years in a corporate or government environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills, with experience guiding junior analysts.
- Advanced analytic, writing, and briefing skills, including producing C‑suite‑level deliverables.
- Deep familiarity with intelligence databases, investigative platforms, OSINT methodologies, and social media monitoring and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting multinational operations and cross‑regional security teams.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CTIA, IFCP) or other intelligence/security credentials from an accredited organization.
- Active membership in relevant intelligence and security communities (e.g., ASIS, ATAP) to stay current on best practices, emerging threats, and industry standards.

Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120 km).
