This results-oriented, strategic leadership role, driven by a passion for leveraging AI, focuses on accelerating customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and market expansion through cross-departmental collaboration. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director of Demand Generation serves as a bridge between teams, maximizing the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives.
In this role, you will develop and execute integrated, data-driven programs to drive revenue growth, improve funnel performance, and generate an outbound pipeline. This is a hands‑on leadership role with broad visibility and the opportunity to shape how we engage and convert target accounts.
Responsibilities- Foster the growth of AI‑centric teams by championing upskilling in AI tools, data-driven marketing, and agile execution, while leading and driving the development of the Marketing and Inside Sales teams.
- Manage and develop the Demand Gen and Inside Sales teams, ensuring strong alignment between marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting efforts.
- Create and execute high-level pipeline generation strategies, including ABM and outbound initiatives, aligned to sales objectives and company growth targets.
- Define the demand tech stack strategy with a focus on automation, personalization, and AI integration, supported by robust data and content management to power AI capabilities.
- Set and manage the demand generation budget, allocating resources for maximum ROI while balancing long‑term strategy with short‑term performance.
- Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics that clearly demonstrate marketing and Inside Sales contributions to pipeline, funnel conversion, and revenue.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights, regularly presenting to the C‑level Executive Leadership Team on campaign performance, funnel health, and pipeline forecasts.
- Leverage tools like Marketo or Salesforce to build and refine automated programs, drive pipeline velocity, and improve lead handoffs and conversion.
- Develop the annual strategic pipeline plan based on the sales segment growth plan.
- Lead AI-driven campaign evolution and omni-channel program optimization (SEO, ABM, webinars/events, etc.) by leveraging generative and predictive AI to enhance personalization, automate segmentation, and improve efficiency, creative output, and ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure message consistency, audience alignment, and go-to-market cohesion.
- Solve complex problems creatively, using data, stakeholder input, and market insights to overcome blockers and continuously improve performance.
- A Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field is required.
- A strategic and hands‑on demand generation leader with deep expertise in marketing automation, ABM, and AI‑powered workflows, with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging AI, experimentation, and next‑gen marketing strategies.
- A proven track record in high‑growth SaaS or tech environments is highly desirable. You should have a deep understanding of the sales funnel, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- A confident communicator with executive presence, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and C‑level stakeholders.
