• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Git Lab Dedicated, focusing on customer results and platform growth
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to build a reliable, secure, and performant single‑tenant SaaS foundation
• Balance feature development with operational excellence and platform stability when prioritizing the roadmap
• Partner with various teams to drive adoption and scale Git Lab Dedicated across enterprise customer segments
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to address security and compliance needs and translate feedback into actionable product iterations

• Product management experience building and shipping successful SaaS products
• Practical understanding of running a SaaS service at scale, including operations and reliability
• Strong communication skills to translate complex customer and regulatory requirements into product plans
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers in highly regulated industries
• Comfortable using data and analytics to inform decisions and measure the impact of product changes

• Demonstrated ability to balance technical depth with business acumen, including experience with pricing and packaging
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and data protection needs in enterprise environments
• Experience working across distributed, cross‑functional teams in a remote setting
