The primary purpose of this position is to support Research Computing staff and customers. Duties include a blend of administrative and technical support tasks such as training compliance monitoring, onboarding for REDCap, survey development, high-performance computing code troubleshooting, documentation updates, and participation in meetings.

• Current USF student, meeting all USF requirements.
• Experience with database technologies and data‑collection techniques.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and database queries.

• Interest in hard and soft sciences; ability to use and train in web‑based tools.
• Understanding and appreciation of security standards.

• The selected candidate must have current U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship will be provided.
• Must have reliable internet for on‑site and remote work.
