Job SummaryThe primary purpose of this position is to support Research Computing staff and customers. Duties include a blend of administrative and technical support tasks such as training compliance monitoring, onboarding for REDCap, survey development, high-performance computing code troubleshooting, documentation updates, and participation in meetings.

- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and database queries.
- Interest in hard and soft sciences; ability to use and train in web‑based tools.
- Understanding and appreciation of security standards.
- The selected candidate must have current U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship will be provided.
- Must have reliable internet for on‑site and remote work.
