- Support a mix of Self-managed and (SaaS) customers by resolving technical issues through various communication channels
- Troubleshoot complex production environments by analyzing Linux systems, application logs, and Git Lab configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build new features, fix bugs, and define product goals and strategies
- Create and update documentation based on customer interactions to improve self-service and reduce repeat issues
- Contribute to the Git Lab codebase by proposing and implementing merge requests that resolve customer problems
- Experience managing customer-facing support cases from inquiry to resolution
- Practical familiarity with Linux systems, including administration and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and write simple scripts, with exposure to scripting languages like Ruby or Bash
- Basic understanding of Git workflows and source control concepts
- Strong communication skills to explain technical topics clearly to individuals with varying technical knowledge
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Development, and Customer Success
- Openness to learning new tools and diving into code and logs to improve support processes
