• Experience creating custom widgets and reusable front-end components within Big Commerce.

• Strong knowledge of the Big Commerce platform.
• Expertise in Big Commerce theme development and customization.
• Expert level knowledge of Big Commerce Stencil framework (handlebars, front matters, etc.).
• Comfort working with Storefront APIs and Stencil util-APIs.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/ECMAScript 5/6.
• Expertise in JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery).
• Thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques.
• Understanding of W3C web standards/semantics and accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Compensation Information: California, New York, Washington, and Colorado: starting base pay for this position ranges between $17 - $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered. Outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado compensation may fall outside the above ranges.
