• Present and explain the functionality and security features of anti-fraud products and services
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding product performance and security
• Develop scoping documents, statements of work, and facilitate handoff to professional services
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and support marketing efforts at industry events

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, pre/post-sales in security, cyber security, or fraud industries
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
• Proficiency in software development using languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills

• Practical experience in B2B environments
• Familiarity with CRM technology and workflow software like Smart Draw or Visio
• Experience in the payments industry or policy engine
• Strong consultative skills and ability to understand client needs
• Innovative approach to problem-solving
