• Serve as the primary Business Analyst for initiatives in Partner/Channel Operations, Presales, or Postsales
• Take ownership of business analysis deliverables and manage the analysis workstream for assigned projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and focus on impactful initiatives
• Ensure detailed project artifacts are produced and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand and address their technical needs

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role supporting a SaaS company
• 1-3 years of specialization in Partner/Channel Operations, Presales, or Postsales for a SaaS company
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of managing diverse stakeholder expectations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in complex workflows
• Ability to learn new technology quickly and proficiently
• Experience managing multiple concurrent business systems projects in a Kanban environment
