• Cultivate and expand technical relationships with Coinbase Institutional clients
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Support, and Engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Own technical and product initiatives for assigned accounts, focusing on client retention and enterprise account penetration
• Gather product requirements from customers and advocate for them within product and engineering teams
• Provide API development support and assist in troubleshooting technical issues for assigned accounts

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Expertise in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, including familiarity with digital asset infrastructure
• Extensive experience with enterprise software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Hands‑on experience with standard trading API protocols such as FIX, REST, and Websockets
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C‑level decision makers

• Experience integrating with traditional financial or crypto exchanges, particularly using FIX protocol
• Knowledge of market dynamics and experience with futures and options markets
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and technologies for high‑speed trading platforms
• Self‑motivated with a deep understanding of the Coinbase product and technical stack
