• Design, develop, and maintain Copado CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development
• Manage multiple Salesforce environments and ensure consistent metadata deployments
• Implement automation strategies to reduce manual configurations within the Salesforce platform
• Provide technical support and training to the development team on CI/CD best practices
• Configure security tools and enforce zero‑trust security strategies within Salesforce

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience OR Master’s degree and 6+ years of related experience
• 5+ years of experience with cloud architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and security tools
• 5+ years managing multiple Salesforce applications and environments
• 1+ year of experience with Copado
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and reside in the US

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools within the Salesforce Platform
• Knowledgeable of Salesforce platform capabilities, Apex, Visualforce, and APIs
• Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) tools including Terraform and AWS Cloud Formation
• Copado Fundamentals I and II certifications
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
