FIDES is seeking a UKG Workforce Central Technical Consultant/Administrator (Remote) to provide administration, application support, monitoring, and integration services for UKG Workforce Central. The consultant will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure reliable system performance, seamless integrations, and effective end‑user support.
Responsibilities:- Provide application administration and technical support for UKG Workforce Central.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve application or integration issues.
- Manage user access, roles, and system configurations.
- Support integrations between UKG Workforce Central, Infor Cloud Suite, Lawson, and other systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system solutions.
- Support upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
- Document workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands‑on UKG Workforce Central technical administration and support experience.
- Strong knowledge of system configuration, user security, and integrations.
- Experience supporting HR and Payroll functions within UKG Workforce Central.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- UKG certification is a plus.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
