• You will manage strategic IT projects end-to-end, aligning with Vaillant Group goals and stakeholder expectations, while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.
• You will develop project charters, governance structures, and risk management plans with a focus on corporate governance and transparent communication.
• You will lead cross‑functional project teams across regions and functions, ensuring on‑time delivery and budget adherence in a respectful, empowering atmosphere.
• You will drive project communications, steering committee updates, and transparent reporting to sponsors and stakeholders, promoting clarity and trust.
• You will manage vendor procurement, RFP processes, and evaluation of external partners for IT initiatives, ensuring fairness and diversity in supplier choices.
• You will apply agile and traditional project management methods as appropriate, coaching teams and promoting continuous improvement while valuing diverse perspectives.

• Qualification
  :
  You will hold a Bachelor or similar education and demonstrate a minimum of 5 years professional experience.
• Experience
  :
  You will have proven experience leading projects and significant amount of FTEs
• Know‑how and skills
  :
  You will master project management methods, stakeholder management, ability to communicate complex information, and proficiency in English; strong analytical and budget management skills.
• Nice to have
  :
  You will have PMP/Prince2/Scrum certification; experience in ERP or large‑scale IT migrations; familiarity with Vaillant’s environment is a plus.
• Personality
  :
  You will be an excellent team player, with high ethics and values; you will demonstrate empathy, resilience, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Language skills
  :
  You will communicate fluently in business English; additional languages are welcomed to support Vaillant’s global teams.
