Lead Salesforce Architect - Remote

• Lead the design and implementation of end‑to‑end technology solutions for customer‑facing systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and UX experts to align technology decisions with customer expectations
• Shape platforms and APIs that streamline the delivery support ecosystem
• Drive architectural innovation by identifying emerging technologies and enhancing customer experience
• Act as a key contributor within the Agile Release Train (ART), participating in planning and delivery ceremonies

• 5+ years of enterprise architecture experience focusing on user experience and service quality
• Strong understanding of customer support, case management, and digital self‑service platforms
• Experience with domain‑driven design, event‑based systems, and modern API development
• Effective communication skills to align diverse teams around architecture and experience goals
• Commitment to continuous learning, inclusion, and agile delivery culture

• TOGAF Certified with experience in the Group Benefits or Insurance industry
• Experience in Salesforce or similar support‑focused systems
• Familiarity with AWS, event streaming (Kafka), and integration platforms (Mule Soft)
