• Define the technical architecture for Reddit’s prototyping ecosystem, transitioning from static designs to interactive, data‑driven experiments
• Architect and maintain a web‑based prototyping environment using React and Next.js for A/B testing
• Collaborate with User Experience Research (UXR) to streamline testing processes and reduce time‑to‑insight
• Act as a liaison between design concepts and production engineering, ensuring authentic user experiences
• Develop internal tools and component libraries to enhance design workflows and team efficiency

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX Engineering, Design Technology, or Frontend Development, focusing on systems or platforms
• Deep expertise in modern web technologies including React, Next.js, Node, Firebase, and Cursor
• Proven ability to build scalable frameworks and component libraries, not just single‑use applications
• Strong leadership skills to identify and solve inefficiencies in the design process
• Familiarity with interaction design, accessibility, and user research fidelity

• Demonstrated experience in shipping internal tools or platforms that significantly improve team efficiency or product outcomes
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and balance speed with stability in engineering solutions
